They only give you an hour from when the plane lands on the runway (not when people start disembarking) which already meant we lost 20 mins due to taxiing/being attached to a gate. We were in contact with the driver as soon as we landed as well as updating as we came through baggage hall etc. He didn't drive into the airport car park until we told him we had our bags...but as it was over the hour from landing (it took us a while to find him in the carpark) we were charged £5 extra for 1/4 hour over. An easy way for them to get extra money from you when it is all out of your control. Won't be using them again

I spoke with the driver on the phone (only 8 minutes after the pick-up time), and told him that I was going to be late as my suitcase was lost by the airline. According to their contract, the driver should have wait, and they should have charched the waiting time at £20/hour pro rata. Instead, the driver just lef the airport after 1 hour, and they charged me the full fare.

The driver was courteous and on time. However, I had paid for a meet and greet but the driver did not come into the terminal and instead I had to call him three times to receive instructions so that I could find him in the car park.

The driver was on time and everything worked well

Was very apprehensive after reading mixed reviews, was beyond pleasantly surprised. Our flight was delayed by more than 4hrs, including 1hr idling in plane waiting to disembark. Our driver, Mohammed (?sp) kept in contact with us. The flight was listed as landed though we were still stuck in place. Mohammed was brilliant, assured us that he'll be there when we came out.
He was! Helped push our luggages as husband had leg injury while I could tend to kids.
My daughter then forgot her mobile?, Mohammed found it and has mailed it back. No cost, just kindness. Amazing. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

They are a scam and will and charge you extra waiting charges. They sent the taxi driver at the wrong time to pick us up and then blamed us for taking too long to get through the immigration checks. Aweful company with appaling customer services. Avoid at all costs.

OTS are a complete scam. They claimed we were late when being collected for our train. But we were on time. Customer service were impossible to deal with. Fined us extra money even though we were not late.

I have been using Onward Travel Solutions in London. Really good service and reliable drivers. I like them as it is easy to communicate with them, I often order taxi to pick up my parents who do not speak perfect English, when I am in contact with them they almost always send me a text that they met my parents and are on the way. I really appreciate this. Never had any issues.

We made a return journey from Cambridge to Gatwick airport. Drivers were on-time. Car size absolutely fine. No hidden charge. In our return from the airport, the driver contacted me through WhatsApp and we found him outside terminal, without any problem. Overall a very good experience. BTW we booked with this company before.

fir thge second time, you ahve successfully picked up my american famiuly from the airport, and this time with all the strikes etc it was very important that they got there.your driver was assiduous keeping track of them, and even though they were early, blown eastward by the storm, there he was .they said he was really nice and charming and got them to southampton to the ferry . of course the ferry was delayed,. nothing to be done about that excpet perhaps to employ enough cover so that ferries can run if someone has flu. thabks agiun we wilkl be using you again pretty soon thanks. This company is a shark. Avoid at all costs. They want to make money from every loophole they can find. Booked a return to Heathrow. On the onward journey they said we had more suitcases than the car could accommodate although they had fitted all in the boot. So they charged us extra for a larger car on the return, which we paid. While returning our flight was delayed and I sent them email to pick up one hour later but they sent the driver at the original time. Then wanted more money for waiting time. Absolutely will not use them again.

Prompt pick up from home and airport.Second time I have used this company and I will be using at the end of January.Highly recommend for door to door service at a competitive price.
